Rates and minimum length of stay vary depending on seasons, demand, special events and availability. Please contact us.
Security deposit
A $500 security deposit is required 7 days before check-in. It will be refunded within 7 days of departure if there is no damage to the property, no extra cleaning fees incurred and no violations to our policies.
Payment methods
Rates include all fees, and payment is by e-transfer. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation, and the balance is payable 30 days before arrival.
Low season (before June 15 and after September 15)
- 7+ nights: $1600 per week, then $210 per additional night
- 5-6 nights: $260 per night
- 2-4 nights (if available): $300 per night
- 7+ nights: $2100 per week, then $275 per additional night
- 5-6 nights: $320 per night
- 2-4 nights (if available): $350 per night
